Jamie's Cranberry Spinach Salad
My whole family kids and all love love love this salad with just minimal changes. First I use pecans instead of almonds (DELICIOUS) 2nd I add bleu Cheese crumbles (ADDS A DEPTH OF FLAVOR) and I use dried craisins and 3rd and final I do not use poppy seeds or sesame seeds, I use fresh grated onion instead of minced onion and I use All Cider Vinegar and honey instead of sugar. Perfect salad for any occasion

Stracciatella II
I did not use the 3 cans chicken broth and reduced the carrots down to 7 and celery down to 4 due to the reduced amount of liquid. I also reduced the eggs down to 3. Delicious
