High Temperature Eye-of-Round Roast
Very good. We rubbed the roast with some cilantro and oregano as well. Also every hour he turned our oven back on till it got warm again (our stove does not hold heat that well) and after the two and a half hours it took to cook we added five minuted on at the end at 475 to keep the meat from being so bloody. Turned out fantastic.

Sage Pork Chops
I have never been a fan of pork, but my husband wanted to try this to break out of our same ol same ol routine. It was fantastic. The only thing he did differently was oregano and cilantro to substitute the sage since we didn't have any on hand, and we used thin boneless pork chops (we didn't have to cook it as long either because of that).
