Roast Pork with Maple and Mustard Glaze
If you are even thinking about cooking this, do it!! The best hands down without a doubt. Don't worry about the sweetness, it is not an issue. I made scalloped potatoes with it which was a great offset to any sweet tooth. I did brine the loin for two days , as it tends to be a tough piece of meat. I added carrots and onions and cooked in crockpot for about 7 hrs. on wife now wants it almost every day. This is really, really good stuff!!!

Chicken Cordon Bleu II
Really, Reallly good!! The only things I changed was to brin the chicken for a few hours and added breadcrumbs to flour mixture. Best we have ever had, and very easy! Thanks!

Baked Pork Chops I
Really good, and very easy!! I spiced up the gravy a bit with pepper, and used two cans of low fat soup. Also brinned the chops for a couple of hours. Came out nice and tender. Thanks!
