Pork Tenderloin Diane

Reviewed: Dec. 22, 2011
Pork was delicious, sauce not so hot. It burned up in my pan! I will triple or quadruple it next time so that doesn't happen again!

World's Best Lasagna

Reviewed: Feb. 19, 2011
This is awesome! My family was amazed how yummy it was and also the fact that is was a "square" of lasagne-not a "slop" of lasagne~! Try it-you won't be disappointed. Oh and I make my sauce the night before and then it isn't so much work!

Italian Breaded Pork Chops

Reviewed: Oct. 29, 2010
This was a good recipe-chops weren't dried out-but I would call them "Toupee Chops" because the layer of seasoning just came off! So I am going to try Turtlemetu's idea and flour them BEFORE the egg and bread crumb mixture and I think that will solve the problem. ; )

Spanish Rice Bake

Reviewed: Oct. 14, 2010
I was really excited about this recipe. I was disappointed in the directions because it didn't say to cover the pot. I got that from another reviewer. Also, it needs more liquid-I added extra water and also small can tomato sauce and let it simmer about 45 minutes so rice could cook. I am not a experienced cook , so I followed recipe closely without thinking! Get rid of the brown sugar-too sweet! Add chili powder or red pepper flakes because I think most people who are cooking Spanish rice prefer a spicier version!

Baked Teriyaki Chicken

Reviewed: May 26, 2010
YUMMY, YUMMY, YUMMY! I doubled the sauce and let it get really thick. I would put foil in the pan as suggested. I did not cover the chicken with all the sauce, but would baste it every 10 minutes. About half way through, I drained the sauce (fat) and kept basting. It was sticky, sweet, and moist and will definitely be a regular in our home. Thanks so much Marian for the recipe! : )

Yummy! I tend to overcook vegetables, but this recipe made me realize that i don't have to cook them long to be good.

Asian Spinach Salad

Reviewed: Apr. 6, 2010
Yummers!!!! The whole family loved it! The only thing I would do different is probably cook the chicken in the marinade in a saucepan. (It burned easily in the skillet). This will be a regular in our home!

Creamy Garlic Mushroom Chicken

Reviewed: Apr. 2, 2010
I agree with other reviews that there is way too much sauce and it is very thick even though i added white wine to thin it. Also, I noticed the title of the recipe was "Creamy Garlic Mushroom Chicken", but there was not garlic nor mushrooms mentioned in the ingredients list!
