Beef Tips and Noodles

Reviewed: Nov. 5, 2013
VERY GOOD recipe. Goes together very quickly, leave a whole lot of left overs for lunches and dinners. It's a new favorite. We made it just the way it's written and I'll be making it again tonight.

Creamy PHILLY Pesto Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 30, 2013
My Girlfriend and I make this recipe at LEAST once a week. With both of us being on a diet this is a fantastic recipe to really enjoy without worrying about calories too much. We love it just the way the recipe is. But we have taken to adding a can of drained mushrooms to the sauce and we cook the chicken with some garlic salt. We make enough on the weekend for a few lunches at work. AMAZING with white rice and steamed broccoli! Put the sauce on EVERYTHING! Too simple not to try it.

Quick Lemon Dijon Chicken

Reviewed: Oct. 12, 2012
Awesome recipe! I make it all the time. Great for folks on a diet, I tend to play with the amounts of juice and seasonings but I always like the way it turns out. Pour the sauce over white rice and you'll love it. I use chicken tenderloins to save a little cash, and you're slicing them up anyway. I'll be making this dish for a long time I'm sure.

Dill Pickles

Reviewed: Aug. 11, 2010
Fantastic! I skimped on the garlic because I thought that 2 cloves per jar would be too much. Now I regret it. My pickles turned out with a good bit of garlic taste just not as much as I like. But I sure can't fault the recipe for that! I'll be making these pickles every summer now. Maybe mincing the garlic up instead of halving the cloves. Thanks much. My friends won't stop hounding me for pickles! ALSO! If you add a single sliced jalapeno with seeds per jar you wind up with the BEST spicy dill pickles I've ever had in my life! Unbelievable! I'll never change this recipe!

Cordon Bleu Chicken Rolls

Reviewed: Apr. 25, 2010
An Instant favorite! I went with thin cut chicken breast instead of pounding them, and American cheese because it was on hand. I could take or leave the sauce, but the chicken really didn't need it anyway. It was fantastic on it's own. I may make some modifications to the sauce or scrap it entirely. This is going in my book. Thanks so much for such a great dinner.

Cereal Bowl Egg and Cheese Breakfast Burrito

I had no idea you could even microwave eggs. But they come out perfect! This is such a simple idea, a huge time saver, and beats a poptart. I'll be using this recipe for a long time.

The Whole Jar of Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Feb. 7, 2010
These are great! I was a little short on flour and probably over cooked them a hair but it's a very forgiving recipe. These cookies turned out great. Thanks for the recipe, I'll be making these again for sure.

Potato Bacon Chowder

Reviewed: Jan. 31, 2010
WOW! I made this soup to the letter and it's amazing! The serving size seemed a bit off but I may have used smaller potatoes. I've never made soup but I will definitely be making this again. And let it simmer till it's nice and thick, sprinkle a little extra bacon and another dab of sour cream and you're in heaven. I wish I could give it more than 5 stars! P.S. I added chopped chives to it for a little extra zing.
