Cabbage Rolls II

Reviewed: Mar. 23, 2014
Excellent. I followed the recipe exactly, except I put it in the slow cooker on high for 5.5-6 hours (as opposed to low for 8-9). They came out very moist and tasty...I serve with a little hot sauce to add flavor. I disagree with some reviewers that you must double or quadruple the sauce. I don't like my stuffed cabbage soaked in tomato sauce and the amount the recipe calls for is just enough sauce to give a light coating. Of course if you want a lot of sauce you should make more, but I don't think its a 'must'. Very happy with the results...will make again.

Summer Squash Bread

Reviewed: Nov. 27, 2013
Awesome. I would cut down on the nutmeg and cinnamon next time, but this still came out great. I made it as bread and as muffins. The bread I had to cook much longer than 45 min until a knife came out clean

Hunts® Lemon Tomato Chicken Pasta

Reviewed: Feb. 18, 2013
I grilled the chicken separately and just used this recipe for the sauce. I combined all the ingredients (minus the chicken and pasta) in a saucepan and then added the chicken and pasta in at the end -- it was awesome!! the basil and cream cheese really make the recipe. a lot of flavor and nice smooth, creamy texture. I will definitely make this again.

Moroccan-Style Stewed Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 3, 2012
awesome! following another person's advice below, I added sweet potato (and left out raisins) and served it over rice. It was very flavorful, filling, and chicken was nice and tender. Easy to make as well.

pretty good! i brought it to a party and people really liked it. i didn't have fresh corn available so i had to use it from a can...i think fresh corn would have been better. also, next time i will throw some cilantro in there

Skillet Zucchini

Reviewed: Aug. 17, 2010
great mixture of tastes. I used zucchini and squash, and let them simmer until they were very tender before adding cheese and bread crumbs. I served it on rice as a main dish.

Pierogi Casserole

Reviewed: Apr. 13, 2010
I was skeptical of this recipe because of the lack of vegetables and spices -- I was afraid it would lack flavor -- but it came out great! I substituted kielbasa for the bacon and grilled the meat, onions, and garlic. The garlic and cheese match the potatoes and pasta nicely. The leftovers kept really well, too.

Salsa Chicken Rice Casserole

Reviewed: Mar. 7, 2010
Excellent. Very cheesy and filling. The cheese and rice make for a very nice texture. I grilled the chicken instead of boiling it, and I served it with chili sauce to give it a bit more spice.
