I enjoy the outdoors, fishing, hunting, camping,I really love to cook for my Family and friends. I realy enjoy being a part and a board member of Saint Vincent De Paul Society here in Laredo, Texas where we too cook for the community and have plate sales to raise funds for the poor.

My favorite things to cook? I would have to say it is my secret BBQ Sauce recipe, baby back ribs, pastas, Mexican Quisados, and so many other things too.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Mexican enchiladas, Tacos, quisados, rice, beans, Cabrito quisado (Goat Stew),
My cooking triumphs
I would have to say it is my BBQ Sauce and cooking for co workers and Drivers at work.
My cooking tragedies
I had some Prime Rib Eye steaks on the grill and totaly forgot about them and got pitch black burned. that was my tragedy.
