Chicken Tequila Fettuccini

Reviewed: Oct. 2, 2011
YUMMMMMM. Everyone wanted to know what I was cooking for dinner, for the kitchen smells were enticing. I left out the cilantro, and substituted the green pepper with orange pepper. Nice rich flavor, fancy italian restaurant meal feel. After we all had our serving, my teenage daughter asked with hope, "there are leftovers, right?" DELICOUS......Thanks

Barbecue Beef Cups

Reviewed: Sep. 24, 2011
Quick, Easy & my family Loved them. Increased the beef to 1lb., for I thought 3/4 lb would not be enough. Used Walmart Brand Butter Jumbo Flaky Bisquits 16oz. qty 8. Divided the bisquits in half by chance due to they peeled apart and was able to make 16 cupcake size beef cups. YUMMY

Easy Granola Bars

Reviewed: Sep. 20, 2011
Absolutely DELICOUS!!! Made recipe as close to original as possible with raisins as a substitution for the cranberries, 3/4 cup chocolate and only 1/4 cup almonds for that is all I had on hand. As mentioned by another reviewer, I did cut with a pizza cutter immediately after baking and covered pan in foil and was able to flip entire pan of bars over to cool. Nice brown crispy bottom. Devoured one before they even cooled. Easy, delicous and will make again and again. YUMMMMMMM.

Busy Day Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 19, 2011
Super, easy, delicous, meal. I used 1/2 of a 28oz bottle of Kraft Honey Barbeque Sauce and equaled the same amount of water to rinse out the bottle and remaining sauce. This I added to the slow cooker due to previous comments about dryness and I also peeled back the skin to expose the meat. I had a super huge whole chicken weighing 6.6 lbs which almost did not fit in the slow cooker. Chicken fell off the bone and was super moist and delicous. Served with bisquits to sop up the yummy juices.

Slow Cooker Italian Chicken Alfredo

Reviewed: Sep. 19, 2011
This is one of our family favorites. The crock pot is always licked clean. :) I cut up the chicken in cubes before placing in slow cooker and also use the Italian Seasoning Packet from Betty Crocker's Suddenly Salad Pasta Mix. I just save those noodles for another dish or at times mix them in with the noodles required for this recipe. This became our staple substitiute for when we first made this and only had this type of italian seasoning on hand.

Campbell's Kitchen French Onion Burgers

Reviewed: Sep. 19, 2011
Burgers were very juicy. Used dry soup mix to make the liquid equivalent. I personally like more flavor with seasonings on my burgers, but the kids loved them as is. Overall, as I said earlier, a very good juicy burger.

BBQ Chicken Calzones

Reviewed: Sep. 14, 2011
DELICOUS!!!! Used red onion in the mix, which I ran through the food processor so that my older daughter did not complain that the recipe had onions. She never knew. :) Also ran the chicken through the food processor as well. Rolled out 2 pizza crust doughs and was able to make 8 individual calzones. Omitted Cilantro.

Cheesy Chicken Meatballs

Reviewed: May 23, 2010
I was starving when I made this, so I made one chicken patty along with the meatballs and ate the patty first with a piece of colby jack cheese melted on top and saved the meatballs for dinner. I have found my new chicken burger recipe. As some viewers mentioned, the meatballs had a strong garlic taste but I did not notice this as much in the patty. Served the meatballs later with spaghetti sauce. Yummy thanks.

Firecracker Fried Chicken Drumsticks

Reviewed: May 23, 2010
My new favorite fried chicken. Made this twice, once with just Asian Hot Chili Sauce and once divided the chicken and made 1/2 with Hot Sauce and the other 1/2 with the Asian Hot Chili Sauce to compare. The adults preferred the Hot Chili Sauce, for it has more flavor. My children prefer the Hot Sauce, for it really isnt very hot at all. I used Tuong Ot Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce, its nice and thick and really coats the drumsticks. I prefer it over the plain Hot Sauce, for I have no trouble with the batter coming off, as the Hot Sauce is very thin and doesnt really stick to the meat of the chicken.

Chorizo Stuffed Bell Peppers

Reviewed: May 23, 2010
Delicous!!! Love Chorizo Sausage. I made one substitution, due to not having a can of whole peeled tomatoes by error. I substituted with 1/2 spaghetti sauce and 1/2 Classico Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto to equal amount requested. Great substitution, Great Flavor.

Golden Pork Chops

Reviewed: May 5, 2010
Yummy! Only made a few changes. Used very thin chops, and entire 1/2 lb of mushrooms, plain cream of mushroom soup and some seasoned salt mix for extra flavor. Baked for 30 mins. covered and 15 uncovered as directed. My daughter went back for 3rds after commenting earlier "do I have to eat that?" Thanks

Banana Bread - Quick Bread for Machines

Reviewed: May 5, 2010
Took the risk and bought a bread machine at a second hand store without any directions or recipes. I knew All Recipes could help with my dilema. Thanks for the easy to make recipe. I tried to follow the directions as is, but I had to chop up the bananas in order for it to mix well, (they were very fresh though) and after 50 mins it had not baked. After pressing the right setting and 3 hours later, surprise it baked and turned out great. Easy and delicous. Thanks

Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies III

Reviewed: May 2, 2010
OMGosh!! Delicous!!! 5 Stars !!!!!Made a mistake when mixing ingredients, maybe that is why I had more than enough cookies to make approx 26 paired. Great mistake though. When I quick wrote the directions, I wrote to combine the sugars and realized that confectioners' sugar was not in the batter so I added 1 cup to the creamed mixture. I realized a little too late, but baked them anyway. Used a heaping 1/2 tblsp to drop on baking sheet then forked pressed. Did use the confectioners' sugar again in the filling as required. JR should be the next Girl Scout Keebler if they had one. Thanks. !!!!!!!!!!

Zucchini Souffle

Reviewed: May 2, 2010
Yummy. I normally do not like souffle type recipes. However, this one was delicous. I made a few substitutions for this was a last minute lookup recipe for zucchini on hand that needed to be cooked. I did not have an onion, so I used a shallt as one reviewer suggested, I shredded the zucchini and I added 1-2 oz of shredded cheddar cheese. Delicous and east to make, my youngest daughter went back for seconds. Thanks.

Buffalo Wontons

Reviewed: May 2, 2010
Delicous!!! Slight Substitution. Thought I had enough hot pepper sauce required (Tabasco) 1/2 cup, but realized I only had 1/4 cup of hot pepper sauce so I added 1/4 cup asian hot chilli pepper sauce. (WOW!!HOT!!!) I loved it. Some members of my family were sweating. Served with ranch as one reviewer suggested. We had this for a main course with zucchini on the side. Recipe ingredients definetly enough for a party for we had lots leftover to make for another meal. Thanks
