Really good! But it is hard for me to follow a recipe without giving my little twist on it. I read alot of the reviews and tried my own. I cut the peppers in half, boiled for a couple minutes, and set them aside to drain and sprinkled salt and pepper on them. I browned and seasoned my ground meat, added garlic and onions, parsley, basil, oregano, hunt's seasoned diced tomatoes, worcestershire, and some ketsup. Then added my rice, but added a little more then the recipe called for and added a little more water too. (You can use the water you boiled your peppers in to give a little more flavor). Dropped a little beef base in with it to soak up in the rice. Brought to a boil. Covered and cooked for 15 min. DO NOT take the lid off during this time! When done, push of fire and set aside still with lid on. Then instead of only putting only chedder, I mostly put sliced cheese with a little chedder. Stuffed peppers. Warmed 1 can tomatoe soup and a V8 and seasoned sauce. Put extra rice and meat mixture between peppers in dish. Topped with sauce and grated cheese and cooked. EXCELLENT!
