Low-Fat Blueberry Bran Muffins

Made them just like the recipe (other than using 1% milk) and they were YUMMY! Fresh blueberries made them great and the muffins are sweet and moist. Thank you for this great and healthy breakfast option- so easy to grab on my way out the door and satisfying too!

Jennie's Heavenly Slow Cooker Chicken

WOW! Best chicken EVER. I did use regular Cream of Mushroom soup instead of the Golden, as I don't like the flavor of beef stock. Served over Jasmine rice, the sauce was delicious and the chicken was perfectly tender after 6 hours in the slow cooker on low. I will make this recipe again and again! Thank you!

Guacamole

Waaaay too salty for me... I love all the ingredients but the salt was overpowering. I will try it again with half the salt or less and see if it is better.
