Pasta Lasagna
Absolutely PERFECT for someone like me. That is, someone who loves the homemade taste and feel of lasagna, but is always looking for a shortcut. Someone who doesn't have a lot of time and patience for dealing with big floppy lasagna noodles that inevitably tear. Someone who would dearly love to make sauce from scratch, but again--no time on weeknights. So what I did was get a jar of one of my favorite sauces: Ragu Chunky Tomato, Garlic & Onion. The veggie chunks make it seem more homemade. Also, I substituted medium shell pasta for penne--I'm not really big on hollow tube pastas. All the ratios of meat, cheese, sauce & pasta were just to our liking too. Bravo!

Maple Apple Crisp
Wow, fantastic! I only had about 1/2 the recommended amount of maple syrup, so I used honey for the rest--incredibly delicious! I added raisins, too, and they plumped up really well. I look forward to making this many, many times in the future. :)

Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff I
Wow, this was FANTASTIC! It was also one of the easiest recipes one could hope for--just dump in a few ingredients and come back several hours later. :) This is sure to become a favorite in our household. I did double the amount of Worcestershire sauce, but that's only because I can never get enough Worcestershire! Thanks for the outstanding recipe, Jessica.
