As others have done, I "tweaked" this recipe a bit. I used 4 T. butter, 2 T. fresh lemon juice, 2 t. crushed garlic & 1 t. fresh parsley for the sauce. Melt the butter in a small skillet on low heat; when melted, whisk in the lemon juice, garlic & parsley. I sprinkled the fillets (both sides) with Chef Paul Shrimp Seasoning (NOT just for shrimp!); then poured the sauce over; then sprinkles with approx. 5 or 6 crushed Ritz crackers. Baked at 400 degrees in 13 x 9 pan for exactly 10 minutes. FABULOUS!!!
