Fried Cabbage II

Excellent! I used a homemade Merguez sausage instead of bacon and it was fantastic!

Roasted Kohlrabi

This was EXCELLENT! I used a blend of parmigiana and romano cheeses and baked it a little longer than the recipe called for. Next time I plan to add a little grated asiago cheese as well.

Crispy Barbequed Tofu Slices

Very tasty! I followed another poster's advice and baked the tofu before the egg dip and it was a great texture. Will definitely make this again.
