I love to cook for my family and friends. I have a beautiful wife and two georgous kids(Zander and Raylynn). Been cooking as long as i can remember and don't ever plan on stopping.
My favorite things to cook
What you got? Always up for a challange. If I'm having friends over I'll usually ask them what thier favorite meal is and try to give them the best whatever they've ever had.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Although I'm a control freak in the kitchen, nothing is better than my kids being able to jump up on the counter and help me cook whatever. I know I'll miss it when I'm no longer "the best cooker ever".
My cooking triumphs
Just this January, I cooked a killed rack of lamb chops for my dads bday. Rubbed down with a salt rub made with fresh rosemary, tyme, and garlic. Served ontop of some really good rosemary and sour cream mashed potatoes with a mixed pepper and onion gravy. He loved it and I wanted to frame it.
My cooking tragedies
When i was in 7th grade my friends would come over after school to hang out. Me being the chef of the group,I would usually prepare an after school snack(usually just a giant bowl of cereal). Well this time i got advetures and trew some left over chicken(shreaded) and a ton of syrup in a pan, reduced and served. Although we killed the dish, I still wonder what was going through my mind.lol
