I made these last night and they were easy and GOOD! The only thing I'll do differently next time is to maybe melt the chocolate chips and pour it over the top for a less blotchy look.

Chocolate Sauce

This is a simple, quick, easy-to-make chocolate sauce recipe. It's fine, in my opinion, for putting into another recipe, or for kids. If you wanted to use this as a star component of a dish - say with strawberries, etc, you might want to use one of the fancier versions suggested by other reviews.

All Day Apple Butter

Simple, easy, no-frills recipe! I'm giving this 4 stars instead of 5 only because I made it and didn't need any sugar at all - if I'd added any sugar I would have had to throw it out. I would recommend adding in all your spices, cooking it up, and then adding the sugar a little at a time as you think it needs it. Will definitely make this again!

Whole Wheat Chocolate Banana Bread

Overall I liked this recipe. Personally, I'll reduce the nutmeg next time. Also, watch the baking time. I'll shave about 15 minutes off next time. It turned out a little dry.

Pineapple Zucchini Muffins

Really tasty recipe! I only put in just under 2 cups of sugar and it was still great. I will probably try to cut the oil down next time - they were pretty oily. Otherwise, they were great and I love that this recipe makes a big batch!

Great recipe. I really enjoyed this recipe just the way it is. Next time I will take the advice of other members and place the rolls in a pans, sides touching, so that they rise in the middle.

French Bread

I only used about 5 cups of flour and the bread was still pretty dense, but that was fine with me because I'm making little sandwiches with the slices. I'll definitely use this recipe again and look forward to experimenting with it!

Costas French Market Doughnuts (Beignets)

Good, puffy doughnut. They aren't too sweet on their own, which I like. We covered some in powdered sugar, some in cinnamon-sugar, and cut a few of the puffier ones open and put a little jelly in them...MMMM!
