Salsa Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 12, 2006
this was truly an easy recipe! i changed it just a bit and got a can of green enchilada sauce and chopped onion and mixed it with the salsa and baked the chicken in that covered in the cheese. wow! it was really good with the enchilada sauce and onion! the cheese and sour cream made it fantastic. i made 11 pieces of chicken and they were all eaten! served with just white boil in the bag rice and black beans from a can mixed together. i had enough extra sauce to pour over the rice! it was a hit with our dinner guests!!

made this with small bundt pans and topped them with chocolate ganache! i used Kahlua in the cake and Frangelico in the ganache, it was fabulous! i also used the chocolate fudge pudding mix and chocolate fudge cake to make it extra rich.

Three Cheese Manicotti II

Reviewed: Aug. 10, 2009
i thought this was a great recipe. it was really easy. i used small curd breakstones creamy cottage cheese instead of ricotta because i had it in the fridge. and i found it very easy to use the barilla no boil lasagna noodles. i soaked them in hot water for about 5 min and then rolled the filling up inside them. it was SOOO much easier than filling shells.

Juiciest Hamburgers Ever

Reviewed: Sep. 19, 2010
Made these for a cookout and everyone loved them! I used panko and soaked it in the evaporated milk before mixing it in. I also used 2 yolks instead of one egg. Worked great! They held together and had a good taste.

Grandma's Polish Perogies

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2011
These were really good. I made them while at my parents' place for the holidays and my dad wants the recipe! We doubled the cheese and used shredded colby. I also added garlic and onion powder. I used 9 med potatoes because I was afraid I wouldn't have enough filling and it was one potato too much. Will make again on a Sunday (they took a while to make 1.5 hours just stuffing them) and freeze for future dinners.
