The Original Potato Salad with Real Mayonnaise

This was just okay. I didn't have any celery and I think that may have helped a lot. May have to try again and re-rate.

To Die For Fettuccine Alfredo

Wow! This was a wonderfully rich recipe. I did add sauted mushrooms. I only sauted them for about 4 minutes so they didn't get mushy when added to the pasta. I also added fresh ground nutmeg on top...double Wow!

Creamed Spinach III

Delicious. I didn't have fresh spinach so I used frozen spinach that I defrosted and got all the water out of. Turned out great.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Love it! Of course, I had to make it my 'own' so I changed it just a bit. Sauted onion/celery and added carrots in butter. Added ham and potatoes with chicken broth instead of water. Added bay leaf and thyme. After I added cream mix to soup, I added garlic powder and about 1/4 cup Cooking Sherry. I will use this recipe many times over and use various meat - clams or chicken and even mushrooms. I double it cuz it is the yummiest!!

Cream of Mushroom Soup I

WOW! I have been looking for a recipe for Cream of Mushroom soup that tastes like the soup from La Madeleine. I have found it! The only thing I did differently was saute the onion and mushrooms for 15 minutes. I will make this again and again.
