This recipe sounds very much like a German dish called Bierocks, only using flour tortillas instead of dough. Bierocks are really tasty and this recipe sounds like it would be also

This was so simple yet tasty. I am a widow who likes to cook, but baking was no fun without someone else to appreciate my efforts. Recipes like this give me some motivation to prepare a varied and better variety of food for my self.

Pork with Peach and Black Bean Salsa

This sounds very except I am one of the minority who does not care for Black Beans. I guess I will try Pintos or Chile beans. Someone also suggested using chicken as a variation. We'll see!

Stuffed Burgers

These sound really good, but they are kind of difficult to eat without a knife and fork handy. They can get pretty sloppy and hard to pick up successfully. Finger-licking good, though!

Zucchini Cookies

Restaurant-Quality Baked Potato Soup

This is a wonderful soup for a cold wintery day. The addition of the instant potatoes is an excellent thickener. My local (Kroger) grocery store sells a great soup that reminds me of this, but this is cheaper to make and I like it better.

Chocolate Cornstarch Pudding

My mother used to make this pudding when I was a little girl. She also made a vanilla version that she called "Blanc Mange" (Blah-Mahnge - not Blank Mange). Happy memories.

Traditional Russian Pirozhki

This sounds delicious and reminds me of German Bierocks which I used to get in Kansas. The difference is that Bierocks don't usually use hard boiled eggs in the filling, but use cabbage and ground meat. Great stuff.
