This came out looking excellent, but the flavor isn't anything out of the ordinary. It did go perfect with the meal I made however, and it wasn't hard to do. Next time, if there is a next time, i will do my own seasoning on the chicken prior to dipping it in the bread crumb mix.

Homemade Barbecue Sauce

This tasted great on my Ribs i prepared for the 4th! I added an additional table spoon of brown sugar and I sauteed it on the stove a while and added powdered potatoes to give it additional thickness. YUM!

Easy Garlic Broiled Chicken

Okay, this tasted superb. I varied on how i cooked the chicken though. I boiled the chicken thighs for a little while to removed the fat and cook. Then i seasoned with half of the ingredient mixture and broiled one side for 4 min until browned. I flipped broiled a while and poured the other half of the ingredients i sauteed and added a little power potatoes (for thickness) over the chicken. I put in a little while longer and when it was done i put on a plate and flipped it on the other side and poured the remainder of the mixture over. It came out restaurant style!

Twice Baked Potatoes I

I loved this and so did my hubby who doesn't even care for potatoes. I did my own measurements on the milk and butter, but I followed everything else exactly and I think this is an easy and delicious baked potato. Oh and I also mashed the potatoes with some butter after taking it out of the oven for the first hour and put in the microwave for ten min to speed up the process. I then added the rest of the butter, milk, and salt. Great baked potato.

Grilled Lamb with Brown Sugar Glaze

This was great! This is the first time I've made chops and it came out fantastic. I didn't have tarragon so I used rosemary instead. My hubby loved this also. I will make this again. Next time however, I want to make a complementary glaze.
