I am not a professional chef, and I have no training what-so-ever. I just love to cook, and since I work from home, I have the luxury of experimenting (for better or worse) in the culinary world. My wife is my test subject, and so far, she is still alive and kicking (healthily), and no worse for the wear.

I am at a point where I am trying EVERYTHING. Baking is not my forte, so I will be focusing some attention there to become better at it. I am currently trying new recipes every night.

None really, I have some recipes to get from my parents and grandparents though.

My first time making Tiramasu, it was a travesty.
