Ultimate Party Meatballs

Reviewed: Aug. 21, 2011
YES!!, This IS the recipe for meatballs and lil bbq weinies that all the old lil bitties bring to the pot lucks! I use pre-cooked meatballs and/or eckridge lil smokies (THE BEST!) I was kinda pissed when i found the recipe on the back of the ocean spray can and realized the recipe i had been searching for FOR YEARS consisted of two simple, cheap, freakin ingredients!! Hate cranberries in any form..., i would live off this stuff! make huge batches and send them to work w/ hubby for him and the rest of the road workers :) They think i'm the best cook ever, too funny

Spicy Melted Cheese Dip

Reviewed: Jul. 30, 2011
too bland. i make something similar to this. 1lb beef, 1lb hot sausage, 2 lg jars hot salsa, 2lb spartan cheese food, 3 small containers salsa flavored sour cream ('helluva good sour cream dip' brand) and dry onion flakes. I feed this to my hubbys road construction crews, most don't even bother with the chips just drink it straight from the thermos' like soup!! Nothing but rave reviews and complaining about who got more or who stole who's :)) My neighbor knows i make it every week and even brings her own bowl over to take some home, lol!

Kitchen Cupboard Chicken

Reviewed: Apr. 18, 2011
Came up with this concoction while trying to use up some cupboard 'leftovers'.. amazing what a handful of crumbs from the bottom of a chip bag and some leftover FF onions and Parm can do! TRY IT! You won't regret it! And it goes with just about anything!!!

Corned Beef and Cabbage

Reviewed: Mar. 18, 2011
Fantastic recipe, i sub beef broth for water and either take the brisket out and bake for last 1/2-1hr of cooking at 300-350. Meantime i add the cabbage and its done by the time the brisket has cooled. If i don't feel like popping it in the over i will cook the cabbage on the stove in drippings from the slow cooker or just wrap foil on meat set aside while the cabbage cooks for 45min to an hr in the slow cooker then slice and return brisket to cooker to soak up more juices while serving :)

EVERYONE LOVES IT! I was a bit worried about the 2 cups of corn syrup, added a little at a time and still decided to use it all.. subbed honey flavored syrup for dark, its what i had. Subbing this stuff for the peanut butter mixture on the quick little devils recipe! Thanks for sharing.

Uglies

Reviewed: Oct. 19, 2010
OMgosh! Haven't tried them yet but LOVE the concept! Will use SAUSAGE and GRAVY and take others advice and cover with dough also (at least for the sausage gravy ones). Love the idea of plopping the biscuit in pan and shaping with fingers and using mini muffin pan idea for bit sized uglies! loved the reviews thanks all!
