Easy Lasagna II

this is my absolute favorite lasagna recipe. I have been using it for 2 years now and it's a wonderful base! I can't complain with anything about it

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes

These are fantastic! The only thing I did different was add vanilla. Very fluffy pancakes. I will be sticking with this recipe from now on!

Banana Banana Bread

I LOVE this recipe. I've made it probably 6 times in the past two months. Very moist. The only thing I do different is leave it in the oven for 35 minutes due to my oven.

Peach Pie

Very good recipe. The only thing that I didn't like was how the sugar/flour mixture seeped out after the first cut and seemed to be very separated when cool.

Stuffed Jalapenos III

These are very tasty! Super greasy though due to the bacon. Not sure how to eliminate that, maybe use parchment paper

Jambalaya

I love this recipe! So delightful. I don't use the file powder because it's not available in my town, but it still comes out very good. Not goopy at all like some jambalayas I've had

Heather's Cilantro, Black Bean, and Corn Salsa

This is an extremely good salsa. I could eat it just from a spoon! EDIT: I absolutely adore this salsa. I make it so much. It keeps well, and it is way better the next day after all of the flavors mix together. So delicious!

Fluffy Canadian Pancakes

I enjoyed these. They were very fluffy, although like many reviewers said before me, they are a bit eggy. I doubled the recipe but kept it at 3 eggs, and while they were not completely eggy, I could taste the egg more so than the pancake. Still very delightful, next time if I decide to make these, I'll add cinnamon and vanilla so it would be more like french toast.

Spicy Albondigas

I have made this 3 times already and I cannot say enough how good this recipe is! I normally just buy the meatballs since I'm lazy, but everything else is fantastic. EDIT: Another note that is really important is to add the cilantro last, or about 3 minutes before serving. If you put it in too soon, it will lose all of it's flavor, and kind of adds nothing to soup.

oh my god are these amazing! If you're having trouble with assembly, just throw the dough in the fridge for 15-30 minutes and it won't stick to your hands.
