About this Cook
I've always seemed to be in a position where I was in a house with another established cook doing the cooking. I'm newly married and now in charge of my own kitchen and I love to cook.
My favorite things to cook
I'm very open when it comes to cooking. I love to bake desserts, I love to bake new things. I do love anything mexican or italian when it comes to cooking but I'm not limited.
My favorite family cooking traditions
I learned alot from my mother. She taught me my gravy and my breading for fried chicken.
My cooking triumphs
I typically like cooking simple things, I have recently make a chicken costoletta that was time consuming, detailed, and delicious!
My cooking tragedies
There are too many to count. On with the future cooking!

Carrot, Potato, and Cabbage Soup
There is absolutely no reason to blend this beautiful soup. It's lovely just the way it is before the blend. I also buy a rotisserie chicken and pull the meat an add to the soup about 30 minutes before its done. Best when summered about an hour to an hour and a half.
