Three Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies

We loved these cookies! Just the right amount of sweetness and peanut butter. I was suprised by the texture it turned out like a regular cookie even though you only use those three ingredients. I was sure it was going to be wierd without the flour. My only complaint is the mixing.. next time I will definately mix the sugar and egg first and then add it to the peanut butter because of the stiffness of the peanut butter.

Butter Cookies II

Taste like nothing but flour and sugar to me. The cooking temp is too high 350 degrees is just fine. I tried to doctor it up with ½ a cup more butter and more sugar.
