Fluffy Pancakes

These are good, but I didn't find them amazing as the reviews made me expect. I guess I'm not used to such thick batter when working with pancakes. But they are tasty. I added blueberries to mine.

Delicious Raspberry Oatmeal Cookie Bars

These are amazing. I am a huge baker, and have a huge recipe portfolio - but this recipe is a new favourite! I doubled the ingredients and used a 9 x 13 pan. They are so delicious!!

Super easy and very good! I as well don't use pork tenderloin when doing a dish in the slow cooker. Buy a cheaper cut of meat; you don't need the tenderloin when it tenderizes in the slow cooker all day.

Chantal's New York Cheesecake

A.MA.ZING. This cheesecake is fantastic! I made it a week ago and baked it without a water bath and it cracked and browned. I made it again using a water bath and it came out PERFECT. Those who ate it said it was better than one they get from a popular bakery. Don't let cheesecake intimidate you! Use a water bath and follow cheesecake tips on this site and you'll have a delicious dessert that looks professional!

Great Pumpkin Dessert

I was really looking forward to this dessert, since the ratings were so high. I wasn't a huge fan. It was ok; but I found areas where the dry cake mix didn't cook as well tasted very salty. You also need to eat it warm - the pumpkin part doesn't taste very good cold. I'll stick with pumpkin pie, I think.

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

These were good - everyone seemed to really like them. I found them too greasy though. Definitely a good choc chip cookie recipe, but I think I'll stick with my old faithful.
