I'm 21, have had an interest in cooking for most of my childhood but that was mostly limited to baking cakes and such. I am trying to broaden my horizons and learn to cook on a semi-professional level. Currently I mostly cook meals for myself and my boyfriend from various cooking magazines but I am aiming to learn how various ingredients relate to each other and how to cook up meals from scratch.
My favorite things to cook
Chicken in various ways, usually breasts stuffed and/or crumbed in whatever I feel like, and stir fries.
I enjoy baking cakes and cookies too but personally don't have much of a sweet tooth.

Making a meal from whatever is in the house!
My cooking triumphs
Crumbed chicken breast stuffed with triple smoked ham, jarlsberg and mustard - made up on the spot.
Also a lovely garlic stuffed lamb roast with roast vegies - made without any experience whatsoever!
My cooking tragedies
Nothing has turned out so terribly yet as to be inedible!
