A wife and mom of five beautiful children who love to eat! I absolutely love living in south Orange County, CA. I enjoy cooking for my family almost everyday. I derive such happiness from feeding people and filling their tummies with good food!
My favorite things to cook
I have a favorite peach cobbler dessert that my hubby loves and it is so easy to make. It puts a smile on anyone's face.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Thanksgiving dinner, Christmas eve dinner and St. Patricks Day dinner. My husband and kids look forward to these dinners each year.
My cooking triumphs
I cooked a huge prime rib dinner for Christmas last year for a large family dinner (20+) and it was delicious although a couple family members could not get over the very pink meat!
My cooking tragedies
A lemon meringue pie I cooked when I was about 18 years old would not set and it was full of liquid when I cut it. My dad still teases me about this to this day!
