Apple Crisp III
This was SO good and so easy. I'm not a huge apple pie/crisp fan but I thought this was delicious. I think I used too much butter, as the topping was more cookie dough consistency than "crumbly" but there was no harm done! I might peel the apples next time--but thought it was great with peels intact.
