Greek Tzatziki
The recipe has to mean 1 teaspoon of salt. I doubled the recipe after adding the salt and it was still too salty!

Country Breakfast Casserole
This was absolutely wonderful! My family had to make themselves stop eating. As always, I used what I had available. I used 12 oz of Maple Syrup Sausage Links, 4 chopped green onion, about 1/4C extra cheese and 7 eggs. I didn't have a 11x8 inch, so I used a 13x9 and added the extra ingrediants mentioned. THANKS SO MUCH FOR THIS RECIPE; it's going in my favorites.

White Cheese Chicken Lasagna
I used the no cook noodles and added 1/2 cup broth. I also used 1 package of spinach and mixed with the Ricotta as suggested. One thing I did that I didn't find others doing is: added chopped celery, carrots and fresh red pepper. I sauted w/ the garlic and onion. I also used olive oil to saute. A little healthier and wonderful flavor!
