Apricot Barbecued Chicken

Reviewed: Nov. 13, 2011
What a simple great recipe. My three kids (twins age 7 and a 4 year old) loved it and all had seconds. I didn't change much at all. Delish!

Grandma's Meat Sauce

Reviewed: Oct. 5, 2011
I would have given this a four, but my mother in law, mom and husband all raved about it so much, that I'm giving it five. Like others, I just used sausage and hamburger. I also through in a little sugar and parma cheese in at the end, but other than that, followed it to the letter. Very tasty!

Best Beef Dip Ever

Reviewed: Sep. 19, 2011
I thought this was awesome. I always use broth instead of water for flavor, but otherwise I left it on for 10 hours and was amazing! Everyone in our five person household loved it! Will be doing this one more often for sure!

Sausage and Mushroom Tarts

Reviewed: Jan. 30, 2011
Wow were these a hit! Loved it all. I used sweet Italian sausage, which worked great, and like the other users toasted the shells first. I also mixed about 2 tablespoons of heavy cream in with the mushrooms and threw a handful of cheese into the mushroom mixture as well. LOVED it!

Quick and Easy Chicken Noodle Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 30, 2011
Delish! Easy and fast! I personally don't use butter, I just use a little EVOO, but either way it's great!
