Master Pizza Dough

This recipe was EXACTLY what I was looking for! Super fast, easy and baked up a light & crispy and flavorful crust! I had a gourmet pizza on the table in about 30 minutes!

Laura's Quick Slow Cooker Turkey Chili

This is one of the BEST chili recipes I have ever made!!! The only thing I did differently was to use 1lb. of ground turkey & 1lb. of ground turkey sausage & then went with the other ingredient substitutions noted by other readers. My husband & male friends LOVED it!!!

Venison Tequila Chili

The is a FANTASTIC venison chili recipe!! I made some changes, but LOVED how it turned out. Used one white onion, 3 stalks of celery, a fresh serrano pepper minced (with seeds left in tact), a green pepper, added dried: cilantro, thyme, oregano, paprika, garlic granules, a dash of cinnamon, salt & pepper. I also used a small amount of agave syrup to mellow out the tomato acidity. Then I added 2 cans of diced tomatoes, a can of tomato paste & sauce & a can of chicken broth. For the beans I used 2 cans of great northern white beans, drained. I omitted the o.j., but we LOVED the addition of the tequila!! It's subtle, but you can taste it in the background -- yummy!!! One Bowl Brownies

These brownies are SO EASY to make & are just wonderful! Crispy on the outside & chewy on the inside. I did make the following changes: Used semi-sweet baking squares instead of unsweetened (that's what I had on hand) -- used 5oz. instead of 4oz. Used only 1c. of sugar since chocolate was semi-sweet Used butter flavored crisco instead of butter Used spelt flour instead of all-purpose since I'm sensitive to wheat Added 1/2 tsp. of kosher salt to balance the sweetness Simply decadent!!! Thanks for the recipe :)

Barbequed Ribs

These were outstanding!!!! Best ribs we've EVER had!!!! My only recommendation is to make extra of the sauce -- we couldn't get enough of it --it is soooooooo good!!! Thank you Gail!

Maria's Pepper Steak

I made this recipe using pork tenderloin instead of the beef, as specified. It is OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! My husband & I both just ADORED it & it is going to be a new regular on our dinner table. The sauce is what really "makes" it -- zingy, tangy, slightly sweet without being overpowering -- truly amazing! My husband likened it to "poprocks" in a peppery sort of way. Thank you for sharing this with us, Maria! P.S. I added a few red pepper flakes in with ours, so that may be a part of the greatness, too :)

Exquisite Pizza Sauce

My search has ENDED!!!! I have been looking for a great pizza sauce for years that didn't change taste after baking in the oven, or that turned out too sweet. This sauce is the GREATEST!!!! I did follow the recommendation on using less honey than called for (I used about 1 teaspoon or less) but other than that -- this sauce is soooooooo good!!! My husband and I LOVED it!!! Split Pea Soup

My husband had been asking me to make split pea soup like he used to have when he was a kid. I tried this recipe and it was IT!! He LOVED it and couldn't get enough of it. I had never had split pea soup in my life, but I loved it as well. Thick, nurturing, wonderful comfort food!!

Jelly Doughnuts

These doughnuts are GREAT & really pretty easy to make! This was my first time making doughnuts and 'yeast' ones are supposed to be harder to make, but by using the dough cycle on my bread machine these were a snap!! I had trouble rolling them out the first time & had to re-roll them which made me worried they would come out tough, but they were fantastic! Just the right amount of crispy on the outside, to chewy on the inside . . . these will become a family tradition!! Thank you!!!
