Roasted Cauliflower
This tasted great, but there was no "sauce". It was just a thick conglomeration of the ingredients that didn't really penetrate the cauliflower. It also took a lot more time to cook. I took it out at 1 1/4 hours and it was still half raw. With that being said, the end product was tastier than your run of the mill roasted vegetable. I would make it again.

Chicken With Portobello Mushrooms and Artichokes
I needed a recipe with portobello mushrooms and chicken but I didn't add the alcohol because I will be feeding it to my daughter, and I didn't use as many artichokes. Guess it needs to be followed to the "T" or else it just tastes like chicken and beef broth. I gave it 4 stars because I didn't follow everything in the recipe, so I'm sure the original is good!

Baked Macaroni and Cheese III
This was easy to make but it was super bland. I even doubled the sauce mix, doubled the amount of cheese, added onion powder, garlic and cayenne and it still didn't taste like anything. The sauce was never "done" (and it curdled) while the noodles overcooked. It needs a lot more salt and butter.
