This is good. A really delicious mix of flavors. I made it twice. I loke warmer dishes so the second time I added 1/4 cup of Frank's red hot because I like a tangy kick as well. Either way...it is really delicious. Bon a` Petite!

I love this. I use the cream cheese and whip cream with sugar blend as noted in other recipes but this cookie dough crust is the best!!!

Yummo!!! Thank you Ruth. I am also from your city...HooraH!! This recipe is a beautiful change from the cream of mushroom soup mix I was used to. MMM, MMM, I love how it is somewhat sweet and somewhat tangy but just the right amount of MMMM I was looking for. definately using this again.

Chicken Salsa Verde

Yum! Who knew...Salsa and chicken could be soo darn good together. I used boneless skinless chicken and I cut it up into small chunks. That is the only thing I did different. I will make this again. Thanks!!

Chocolate Sandwich Cookies II

Reviewed: Oct. 28, 2008
Yummo! I like these a lot. I used a normal calorie mix, and I cut back on the confectioners sugar by half also. I made two batches of the filling just to see what the difference was and I believe that using 2 cups of confection sugar makes it sweeter but drowneds out the flavor of the cream cheese. If you like it more of a tangy cheese flavor, only use 1 cup. My opinion. With 2 cups the texture seems more silky though like a frosting.

Classic Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Nov. 6, 2008
This is a great recipe! Thanks. I chilled my cookie dough only 30 minutes due to anxiety, I couldn't wait to bake them. Exactly 10 minutes as a previous reviewer stated...these are perfect! I made them with choc. chips and with M&M's and Plain...great no matter what. I definately enjoy them as is with no chips or anything the best! Thanks again!

Pumpkin Roll with Toffee Cream Filling and Caramel Sauce

Reviewed: Nov. 25, 2008
Bravo. Delicious and Magnifique!! Never would have known it was this easy if I hadn't found it here!! Gotta try this!! I did find the gelatin mixed with the rum part was a bit tricky, and I boshed that a bit, so I added whip cream from a container and an extra tablespoon of the rum to cover my mistake...no problems, it worked great! I'm making this again at Christmas for a party and I am going to omit the gelatin part altogether and save the hassle, since no one even noticed anyway and everyone loved it last time. It's a keeper!!! Thanks! I thought it would take time to make this recipe by the way, I had to send my hubby out for a missing ingredient too and was cutting it close to when it should be done, so when I finally was able to begin, I was amazed at how fast I was able to put this together. Looks like a lot of work, soooo easy though!! forgot to brush the cake with rum too like someone suggested, I think that will be great! I will have to write it into the recipe so I won't forget. the cake part...must use cake flour...it's so flexable. Otherwise it will definately break when rolling. Yummo!

Baked Spaghetti

Reviewed: Jan. 8, 2009
This is likely good as is, but my taste pallet likes a bit of tang, I am crazy about tangy italian things, so I added 1/4 cup of ketchup to my meat sauce. If you like like tangy, the ketchup adds an amazing sweet tang. I will make this again!! Soon. Thank you.

Buttery Corn Bread

Reviewed: Feb. 18, 2009
This is an amazing recipe. I normally don't even try cornbread, I don't like the gritty teextures of those I've tried, however...this is amazing!!! I made a whole 13 x 9 inch pan full, between 4 people we nearly ate the whole pan. had it with chicken chili. Thanks for sharing, I'll always use this recipe!!
