Peanut-Ginger Marinade
MMMMMM, MMMM, MMM...This recipe is to die for! I tried it once, lost the recipe and forgot it's name, but thankfully found it again. Never used the chili paste because I never have it on hand, instead, I used Frank's Red hot sauce in it's place. Added it to my recipe box and will never lose it again!! This should be gourmet...it is amazing and all my friends ask "What is this marinade?" and claim they have nnever had anything better!! OMG!! It is delicious!!! Thank you!!!

Cabbage and Smoked Sausage Pasta
Not bad, however.....1/2 cup of butter + 1/4 cup of oil? I don't see that being necessary. I omitted both. I use only 2 table spoons of oil, veggie, and only to cook the sausage in. I guess the oil stuf is to make it saucy. I used 1 can tomatoe soup instead. add a couple tablespoons of water...I really liked it! this is a keeper.

Bratwurst, Sauerkraut and Bean Casserole
Delicious. I also made it again and added 1/4 cup whole cranberry sause, 1/4 cup dried cranberries, 1 small can green chili's, 1 tsp cumin, and a dash of hot pepper sauce. Sweet tabetsy, the best!!! Depending on your tastes, you may omit the extra brown sugar, I loved it though!
