Peanut-Ginger Marinade

MMMMMM, MMMM, MMM...This recipe is to die for! I tried it once, lost the recipe and forgot it's name, but thankfully found it again. Never used the chili paste because I never have it on hand, instead, I used Frank's Red hot sauce in it's place. Added it to my recipe box and will never lose it again!! This should be gourmet...it is amazing and all my friends ask "What is this marinade?" and claim they have nnever had anything better!! OMG!! It is delicious!!! Thank you!!!

Jammin' Beef Stew

WOW! Very delicious! I've had meatballs made with a sauce of grape jam and ketchup, so I kind of knew what to expect because those were wonderful. This was amazing, and really great for a change from the ol' onion soup mix. I'm inspired to also try it with tomato soup mix and curry next time just because I think it would be good. Maybe even trade the grape jelly for cranberry sauce in the fall. Yummo!! Thanks!

Cabbage and Smoked Sausage Pasta

Not bad, however.....1/2 cup of butter + 1/4 cup of oil? I don't see that being necessary. I omitted both. I use only 2 table spoons of oil, veggie, and only to cook the sausage in. I guess the oil stuf is to make it saucy. I used 1 can tomatoe soup instead. add a couple tablespoons of water...I really liked it! this is a keeper.
