Tater Tot Casserole

This was great! Brought back memories of my mom's home cookin'. I did a coule of tweaks. I added 1/2 cup of peas, and 1/2 cup of sour cream to the meat mixture. I also sprnkled some cheddar cheese on top of the meat mixture before topping it with the tater tots. It was really good!

Oven Roasted Teriyaki Chicken

I used pre-bought teriyaki sause to save time. It was awesome! I also used chicken breast instead of chicken thighs. Mine cooked in 30 minutes; not an hour as the recipe suggested.
