This was the first cream cheese pound cake recipe that I tried when looking for a cake to make and use at my vow renewal ceremony next year and was I ever so amazed that I don't need to look any further because this is the BOMB! I didn't change anything except the pan that I baked it in. I used 2-9" round cake pans and timed them for 30 minutes and then checked every 5 minutes for doneness and I think it took about 45 minutes total for the cake to be finished. My husband and I covered it in buttercream and then fondant for practice and when we were taste testing it I think he ate 3 pieces :). Thank you for sharing this recipe and ending my search for the cake I'm using for my celebration!
