About this Cook
Mother of 4 great kids, who had to learn to cook out of necessity: I was getting married!!! Now, the kitchen is my favorite room in the house. Its where I feel the most comfortable. And, now I am a full-time Baker by trade. Not many people can say they are doing what they love to do in life as a profession. I am soooo lucky!!!!
My favorite things to cook
Anything Italian, which is my heritage, especially Chicken Marsala, which I am known for. Also my 3 cheese stuffed shells, & homemade marinara sauce with Gram's meatballs.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Baking with my 11 year-old daughter. Baking for the holidays. Making homemade berry jams every summer with berries I pick myself. I have been doing that for 40 years, & now take my own children berry picking all summer. Living in New Hampshire, we have access to PYO farms that grow all our favorites, so homemade jams are a staple in our home. 100% all natural-can't beat that!!!
My cooking triumphs
My first Thanksgiving Dinner newly married came out AWESOME!!! I knew then I loved to cook!!!! I am not afraid to try new recipes-nothing is off limits!!!!
My cooking tragedies
Can't think of any at the moment

Lobster Rolls
This is fantastic!!! I live in New England where the best lobster in the world comes from, so I was thrilled to find this recipe. If you are looking for the real thing, this is it!!! And DON'T FOOL WITH THE DRESSING!!! Its perfect-it doesn't overpower the lobster, which is the star here. And PLEASE don't forget to toast that hot dog bun!! Make this recipe for friends, & they will be impressed (if you can afford the cost. I was lucky-my lobsters were $4.99 a pound!!!!!) Thank you so much for a wonderful recipe.

Impossible Coconut Pie II
Super easy & super good!! Cut back on eggs- 2 is plenty with 2 egg yolks. Wish I had seen that review before I made it. But, will make again. Love anything I can whip up in a blender. A real time saver.
