I'm not sure if my review is deserved or not because of all the changes I made, but what I made was delicious! I usually don't make any major changes to a recipe before trying the original, but I thought the ones I made were necessary. First, I used half bread crumbs and half potato flakes because I think it makes the breading more flavorful. I also cooked the gravy separate so the pork would not get soggy. Lastly, I do not allow wine in my house so I substituted the wine with a half can of cream of chicken soup and 1 tbs of rice wine vinegar.
