World's Best Lasagna
I have been making my own lasagna for years and everyone loved it, but this recipe was amazing! I used one pound of sweet italian sausage and one pound of extra lean ground beef. I also doubled all my seasonings for extra flavor. As some of the reviews stated, after I did the meat, onion and garlic I mixed all the other sauce ingredients together and cooked it on the stove for eight hours. I also did this the day before I wanted to assemble my lasagna and then let the lasagna sit overnight for flavor. This is a lot of extra work, so I made two lasagnas (one to freeze) and it was well worth it. I made this for a birthday celebration and everyone raved over it, even the toughest of my critics! Thank you for such an amazing recipe!
