Awesome and Easy Creamy Corn Casserole

The first time I made this recipe it was close to Thanksgiving and ALL the cornbread was sold out... so I found some off brand HONEY cornbread and it was a HIT! I highly suggest using honey cornbread or adding honey to your mix before you bake! And as the other reviews suggest, it takes a little longer to bake!

Cheesy Cornbread Casserole

Delicious! I used chilli beans instead of black beans and omitted the jalapeno (I don't think the kiddo would have liked it). Next time I may try some of the other suggestions of tomatoes and corn.

Stuffed Chicken Valentino

Excellent! Instead of using the peppers I used a can of diced basil & garlic tomatoes..Still has the color & tastes wayyyy better.
