Cheesy Chicken and Rice Casserole
This is a great recipe, with a little tweaking to make it one's own. My family never eats white rice, so I used brown rice instead, seasoned. I also used cream of mushroom soup instead and seasoned the chicken with seasoning salt instead of salt and pepper. It was a huge hit!

A Different Carrot Raisin Salad
I found that all the dairy in it made it a little too heavy.

New Mom Broccoli Kugel
It was delicious! My husband has a vendetta against onions, so I left those out. It didn't affect the recipe at all. It turned out great, cooked smoothly, and made an awesome lunch the next day.
