Mini Pumpkin Butterscotch Muffins

OMGosh!!! These are excellent! Since my husband is diabetic, I used Splenda instead of sugar, and Splenda brown sugar blend. I made one dozen regular sized muffins...baked them for 25 minutes. DELICIOUS!!! Thanks for the recipe!!!

Ocean Spray® Oatmeal Cranberry White Chocolate Chunk Cookies

Love these cookies! They're always a hit. I have changed the brown sugar to the Splenda brown sugar with perfect results. Sprinkle with a bit of powdered sugar if you like a festive look.

Overnight Blueberry French Toast

This was MOST EXCELLENT! Used a good cinnamon swirl bread...the sauce was absolutely the crowning touch...everyone loved it! Will definitely make it again and again...just be sure that you use a large baking dish. This will ensure that ingredients are spread out enough for uniform baking...no soggy middle!

Avocado Ranch Salad Dressing

We really liked this dressing! I'll definitely be making it again. We were fortunate to have home-grown Reed avocados from our friends' orchard on hand. They are extra buttery-tasting and have a wonderful texture. After blending the ingredients, I did thin it down just a bit for dressing. Thanks for a great recipe!

Sturdy Whipped Cream Frosting

This turned out absolutely PERFECT!!! Not only did it whip up as the recipe said it would, but it tastes so DELICIOUS! This was my first time making this recipe. I made a milk chocolate cake for my grandson's birthday and used broken candy bars for the garnish. I'm not sure what some of the reviewers did that messed up the whipping, but it worked perfectly for me. I used my stand mixer, followed directions exactly, and cranked it up to top speed as I added whipping cream. This is my new "everytime" recipe!!! Thanks Jo-Lynn :)
