Mom's Jiffy Cinnamon Rolls

Reviewed: Nov. 15, 2013
super easy to make, soft & fluffy & delicous - why on earth would anyone buy dough in a can if you could create this in 15 minutes of waiting for the dough to rise? 100 times better than canned dough. I used a Jiffy yellow cake mix because it's already only 1/2 a cake mix in size. I think that is why they are called Jiffy in the name. Thanks so much for sharing it. I am looking forward to making them many many times in the future.

Pecan Pie Muffins

taste is as advertised, like a pecan pie. I baked them in cupcake papers and they stuck - but the taste was amazing & we ate them off the paper too! lol yup that good - but... we love pecans

Steak Soup

very good flavor, I think the key is adding the tomato to taste. We like tomato so the full amount was fine with us. I'm looking forward to trying some of the others suggested variations like adding red wine.

Chicken, Stuffing and Green Bean Casserole

Reviewed: May 7, 2013
Reading the reviews, I was skeptical which choices to make the recipe, but I went with the things I had on hand, which were cream of mushroom soup, a left over grilled huge chicken breast, chicken stuffing mix. It was really good. Will definitely make it again, and look forward to making it with some of the other ideas people posted such as turkey instead of chicken. For a side dish along with the casserole I had chilled cranberry sauce & mandarin oranges. Pretty close feeling of thanksgiving, a hearty meal for sure. The only real change I made was not using a 9x13 pan. Instead I used 2 smaller foil pans. One we baked and had for dinner, the other we put in the freezer for later this week. Such a simple idea/recipe turned out really nice. Thanks for sharing.

Best Ziti Ever

I've never made anything like this before, using the ricotta was so nice. Of course anyone can change the recipe to make it low fat, but what's the point? Just dont eat 2nds ! It's fantastic as is, and yes we put away several containers in the freezer - I'm always happy to have fabulous left overs later.

Waffle Iron Brownies

just bought a waffle stick maker and was looking for fun recipes to try - you can't believe how good this recipe is in waffle stick form. We skipped the powdered sugar simply because we dont care for it. The brownies are super on their own! I've never made a batch of brownies faster than this.
