About this Cook
I live with my husband and two daughters. I find cooking relaxs me so I get to make the meals for everyone in my house. I like to get them to try new things so they are constantly trying different foods/
My favorite things to cook
My favorite thing to cook is hot pasta salad with veggies and parsley. I made this recipe when trying to immitate a dish that is common and i think very delicsious.
My favorite family cooking traditions
My family is french so we cook sucre a la creme, sugar and creme a very traditional and sweet dessert as well as tortiere (meat pie). We eat it around Christmas and freeze the pies for spring, fall and gifts.
My cooking triumphs
I anm happy to say most of my dishes turn out very good. My best dishe would be cranberry and pork, Cantellonni, chicken, mexican and french dinners that i make. I an happy that i can do all of it!!
My cooking tragedies
Unfortuanatly I have a tendacy to burn chocolate when im baking as well as leave a big mess. Worse when i try to thicken sauces with flour and water it rarely works, but i am improving.

Was way to watery add more flour or cornstarch as well as adding more noodles and chiken

Slow Cooker Mock-Roast
Try using seven up it works very well. Maybe try to use less potatoes and add more celery and add mushrooms. All together very good
