Banana Banana Bread
Like others I added a few things; chopped espresso infused chocolate ,a bit of vanilla, a little cardamom and roasted cinnamon and left the bananas a bit chunky. The bread was wonderfully moist and very good.

Cajun Crawfish and Shrimp Etouffe
Good recipe but being from Louisiana, I have never known nor have I ever used tomatoes in an etouffee. This seems more of a creole than a true etouffee.
