Boilermaker Tailgate Chili

No tweaking necessary! I followed the recipe as written, and thoroughly enjoyed the Chili. Was spicy enough for those who like a good kick, without being too much for those who can't stand the heat. Thanks for sharing the recipe!

Monkey Bread

Baked Potato Soup

This was pretty good. I left the potato skins on and just chunked the potatoes, later I used a masher to mush up the soup just a bit, making sure to leave plenty of nice chunks. I also used real bacon and added more bacon and green onions. Also included a carrot and 1 piece of celery. Thanks for sharing your recipe! Will definitely make this again.

Restaurant-Style Buffalo Chicken Wings

WOW! This is a great recipe, thanks for sharing. I followed the instructions, and like other users agree that the 60-90 minute period in the refrigerator is big reason these come out so awesome. One recommendation, if you have an outdoor grill with a side burner, do the deep frying there. This way your house wont smell of used oil! I have made this a couple times now, and always do about 60 wing pieces, I never put more than 10 pieces into the oil at a time.

The Best Ever Chicken Nuggets

These were pretty nice, thanks for sharing Nichole! I didn't have breasts on hand, so I used Back and Leg pieces that I de-boned and skinned. Came out very nice - crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside. I used my Gas Grill's side burner to fry on outside, that way the house doesn't end up smelling like a chicken joint!

Cafeteria Macaroni and Cheese

Thanks for sharing this recipe. It was fantastic. I pretty much followed the recipe, except I added cooked bacon on the top and put in a little more cheese (maybe even a little too much). The hot pepper sauce is great, and if you like your food a little spicier then go ahead and add a little more!

This is a great recipe, yielding a perfect corn bread flavor and at the right density. I followed the recipe exactly, and found that it required more like 40-45 mins in the oven. Thanks for sharing, this will be my go-to recipe for Corn Bread!

Wazzu Tailgate Chili

This was fantastic! I am a Coug Alum, and shared this Chili with a couple other Coug Alumni the other night, everyone enjoyed it and we had a good time talking about our days in Pullman! Thanks for sharing the recipe, my only advice is to wear gloves when handling the Habanero peppers! My hands were burning for a couple days, despite constant hand-washing!!! Go Cougs!

Gooey Butter Cake III

Thanks for sharing this recipe, I tried it as written and I just don't think the resulting cake is for me or my family. I know others have said this, but seriously if you don't think you will like something that calls for 4 cups of sugar, then just pass on by this one! It was intense, and quickly disposed of.

Marinated Baked Pork Chops

Thanks for sharing this recipe. Contrary to all the high ratings, I rate these as just OK, not good or great. I suppose I prefer grilled chops more, and that may be the reason I wasn't thrilled by these.... I would make them again if it were impossible for me to grill for some reason.
