Chantal's New York Cheesecake
I've made this cheesecake twice and it is amazing! The only changes I made were of a personal preference...i added about a 1/4 C of sugar to the graham cracker crumbs. Also, the second time around I made a chocolate marble cheesecake. My family of 4 polished them off w/i 24 hours...lol. Also, let me say that if you follow the recipe and use the water bath, let the cheesecake cool the full 5-6 hours and then refridgerate...there should be no cracks. If you follow the recipe, you'll end up with a perfect cheesecake. If you don't end up with a perfect result....YOU DID SOMETHING WRONG!!! Don't blame the recipe and give it a poor rating, if you don't use the water bath or altar the recipe drastically. It's unfair to blame the recipe writer because you can't follow simple directions. Thanks Chantal for a truly amazing cheesecake recipe.
