Honey Mustard Chicken with Pretzel Crust

Reviewed: Apr. 28, 2010
tasted good, but not worth the effort. You couldn't taste the individual mustards, and barely get a hint of pretzel flavor. You can do this with one type of mustard, and breadcrumbs. It did taste good though, and we had no leftovers..

Apple Cranberry Stuffed Pork Chops

Reviewed: Aug. 22, 2010
alright, but couldn't really taste anything but the celery. It would also be good to just skip the stuffing and put the sauce on grilled pork chops.

Slow Cooker Sweet and Tangy Chicken

Reviewed: May 12, 2010
Good, but nothing special. WAY TOO MUCH SAUCE!!!! I would suggest 1 bottle of BBQ instead of 2. I would leave pineapple the same, but drain off the liquid, and I would add carrots and pea pods. It was easy and tasty though..served with rice.

I am not a fan of tarragon, but I think this would be very tasty for someone who does like it.

Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup

Reviewed: May 10, 2010
Pretty tasty. I added a can of black beans, about 1 1/2 cups of cooked spanish rice, 1 zucchini and 1 yellow squash towards the end of the cook time (enough to cook the veggies). I served it with some avocado slices and shredded cheddar as well.
