This turned out great, and looked good served with green salad and bread. Made with what I had on hand. Used Imitation crab, 1/2 each of red, green bell pepper and yellow and green zucchnin, sauted with onion. instead of cream,milk I used fat-free evaporated milk. added some parm in the egg mixture and omitted olives.

Oyster Sauce Chicken

Very flavorful and easy. I did make a few changes, only 1/4 c sugar and added about a 1/4 c of sweet chile asian sauce. Also added 1/4 c Crystal hot sauce, love the vinegar flavor. Had a pork tenderlion and marineted for two days and cooked on the outdoor grill, will make this again and again.

Baked Soy Lemon Chops

Made this just as it states, also added fresh mushrooms and sliced sweet onion to the begining and marinated for two hours. Served with garlic mashed potato and green beans My husband loved it and asked me to make our next pork chops the same way.

Mama's Best Broiled Tomato Sandwich

Very good as an appetizer, used small rye bread made the mayo the day before and used italian blasamic dressing. Topped with mozzarella to melt and then fresh basil leaf.

Cream of Mushroom Soup II

Pretty good, made some changes, added a little lemon juice, and instead of light cream ony had low fat carnation evap milk, a little thin for our tastes so I added a package of chicken gravy to thicken, liked the peices of mushroom instead of all puree.

Slow Cooker Vegetable Beef Soup

Good recipe, did not use pasta, husbands preference. and not a fan of can vegs so I had some frozen yellow and green squash and added red and yellow bell peppers, along with thin sliced carrots and red potatoes. Nice rich flavor and some what thick. Will keep this one. Froze half.

Amazing Chicken

Very good, tender and moist. I did make some changes. I added garlic and onion powder along with some oregano (dried) and added a good amount of grated parmesan cheese to the mayo, I made this the day ahead so it could set up, blend flavors and would not be runny like plain mayo. I also added some dry ranch dressing to the bread crumbs. My husband and son must have said this is great 3 times while eating. Next time i wil add a little fresh lemon juice just before serving.

Kidney Bean Salad

Made this first time a couple of years ago. I dont use pickle, but add diced red apple (with skin on) and cheese, we like jack and cheddar mix. Make sure you cut eveything same size. Celery adds a nice crunch, next time maybe some walnut nuts.

Cordon Bleu Chicken Rolls

I have been making this for years and the only thing I do different is I add fresh sliced tomato and a sprinkle of sage on top of the cheese, I also wrap the ham up around the cheese to keep it inside the chicken like other reviewers. Gravy was a nice addition, Thanks

Javi's Really Real Mexican Ceviche

My youngest son LOVES ceviche and I made this this week-end, I also added avocado just before serving. I added some crab meat with the shimp (med. shimp so I cut them in half) and served with buttery crackers. Makes alot.I will make this again. Thanks

Sky High Yorkshire Pudding

My family is English and I usually make mine like my mum in a old black skillet with the dripping from the meat- excellent, but 2 years ago moved my family moved to Utah from Calif. and at 5000+ altitude it would never rise. I read the ratings and glad I did, they rised nicely we ate them all.

Refrigerator Pickles

I made this and gave some to my mother in-law and brother in-law, they loved it and she asked for the recipe and has made it since. Cut sugar to 1 1/2 C. Looks pretty in the jar, I used red bell pepper instead of green. I then made for gifts for my neighbors. Thanks will make again for my xmas baskets

Quick Yeast Rolls

Have used a lot of recipes on this site but this is my first review, the rolls turned out like the pix, sticky like it says but worth the try I used a muffin pan and the pie plate as one of you did just to see. Muffins better. I really love this site, thanks to all for your recipes.
