Roasted Butternut Squash Soup

Best Pennsylvania Dutch Chicken Corn Soup

Not bad, a little bland for my taste. I had a chicken corn soup at a Dutch market in Maryland recently and I guess I was expecting it to taste like this. When I reheat it I will probably add some garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. I think I will probably thicken it a little as well.

Carnation® Raisin Bread Pudding

Very good! The only thing I had trouble with was the recipe does not say to tear/cut the bread into pieces and it also didn't say what to do with the butter (melt, dice, etc) I tore the bread into large chunks and melted the butter. It tasted great though!

Perfect Apple Pie

Filling was amazing! Crust was a little difficult to keep together. Best apple pie I've made after I added more water to the crust.

Marinated Baked Pork Chops

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

I used mini chocolate chips and scooped using a small ice cream scoop to make them perfectly round and uniform. Cookie were just as described, crispy around the edges and chewy in the middle!
